Cancellations and refunds
Self-service order management, cancellations and eligible refunds are available through your CEVORI account. If you checked out as a guest, you can create an account using the same email address used at checkout.
If you prefer not to create an account, you can still contact CEVORI Support for assistance with an eligible cancellation and refund.
A first-release reservation is a fully refundable $50 deposit. You can cancel it yourself from your account, or ask us for help, until you confirm the final rug order. Once you confirm the final rug order, normal order and cancellation terms apply.
