Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DIALOGROVE PTY LTD (ACN 698 237 311, ABN 24 698 237 311), operating CEVORI (“CEVORI”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information.

Read it alongside our Terms & Conditions.

Who we are

DIALOGROVE PTY LTD (ACN 698 237 311, ABN 24 698 237 311) operates the CEVORI brand and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

CEVORI is a pre-launch site where you can explore our designs, join early access and contact us. Rugs are not yet available to order. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information you give us

Early access. When you join early access, we collect the email address you provide, your consent choice and the version of the consent text you agreed to, and the date you signed up.

Partner enquiries. When you send a partner enquiry, we collect the contact and project details you choose to share, your enquiry-contact consent, any separate marketing consent, and the date you submitted it. We may also record the campaign information or referring page that brought you to the form.

Accounts, orders, delivery and support. When commerce opens, and if you create an account or place an order, we collect the details needed to process and deliver it, such as your name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order contents and amounts, and the correspondence you have with our support team. Account sign-in uses Medusa’s email-and-password authentication.

We also record useful context about how you reached us, such as the design page you signed up from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (for example, a campaign source or medium). This helps us understand which of our messages and designs are helpful.

Information collected automatically

We use PostHog, an analytics service, to understand how visitors use the site and interact with our designs. PostHog receives usage information such as the pages you view, the design interactions you make, and device and browser details such as your browser type, operating system, screen size, approximate location derived from your connection, and the web address you arrived from. Our analytics configuration sends this data to PostHog’s United States-hosted service (us.i.posthog.com).

These analytics events do not include your email address and are not used to identify you personally. We do not run session recording or surveys through PostHog.

In production, we also use the Meta Pixel for advertising and campaign measurement. The Meta Pixel is not active on staging or local builds. It may set cookies and share event data, such as page views and add-to-cart or purchase events, with Meta so we can measure and improve our advertising. It can associate that activity with your Meta account where you are signed in to Meta.

“I like this design”

When you select “I like this design”, we record an anonymous analytics event. No email address or other contact detail is required, and this action is separate from joining early access.

To remember your choice in your browser, we store a small flag in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and can be cleared through your browser settings at any time.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage for a small number of purposes:

  • to keep your anonymous PostHog analytics session working;
  • to operate the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement in production;
  • to remember design interests you have expressed and your cart in your browser; and
  • to keep you signed in to your CEVORI account, using a secure, HttpOnly session cookie.

These technologies do not store your payment-card details. You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking analytics or advertising cookies does not stop you browsing the site, but it may affect how we measure our advertising.

How we use your information

We use early access information to send you the updates you asked for, and to understand interest in our designs. We use partner-enquiry information to respond to the conversation you started, and only use it for CEVORI updates when you have separately opted in. We use account, order, delivery and support information to provide the products and services you request, to process payments through Stripe, to deliver orders, and to answer your questions. We use analytics and advertising measurement to improve the site and decide what to focus on.

We do not sell your personal information.

Transactional messages and marketing

We separate messages that are needed to provide something you have asked for from marketing. Transactional messages, such as an order confirmation, a receipt or a delivery update, are sent because of your order or account and are not marketing.

Marketing messages, such as early access updates, are sent only where you have given consent, and every marketing message includes an unsubscribe route. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting transactional messages.

We do not use CEVORI customer information to market DialoGrove or any other DIALOGROVE PTY LTD brand to you unless you give separate consent for that specific purpose.

Service providers and overseas processing

We rely on trusted providers to run the site, process payments and send messages. These providers process information on our behalf, under their own terms and privacy policies:

  • Medusa for commerce operations, accounts, carts and orders;
  • Stripe for payment processing;
  • Brevo for transactional and marketing email delivery and contact management;
  • Zoho Desk for customer support requests;
  • Cloudflare for platform hosting, security and object storage;
  • Neon for the application database;
  • PostHog for product analytics; and
  • Meta for advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel in production.

Some of these providers are based outside Australia and may process personal information overseas. We have not yet confirmed the exact processing locations for every provider and will do so before commerce launch. Where we transfer personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are entered into Stripe’s secure payment interface and are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full payment-card details.

Retention and security

We keep early access information for as long as needed to provide updates, and partner-enquiry information for as long as needed to handle the conversation, or until you ask us to remove it. We keep order and account information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

Access, correction, complaints and your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing, clear the design-interest flag and analytics storage through your browser, and ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.

To make a request or a privacy complaint, email hello@cevori.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and the collection develop. The current version will always be published on this page.
