What is CEVORI?
CEVORI is a new Australian interiors brand, beginning with a considered collection of wool rugs.
Can I buy a rug now?
Not yet. The first collection is still being prepared, and we will not present unconfirmed products as available. You can reserve one of the first 10 places in the first release with a $50 refundable deposit.
What does the $50 reservation cover?
It secures one of the first 10 places in the CEVORI first release. It is not payment for the full rug.
What happens next?
We’ll email you when your rug is ready for the next step.
Is the $50 refundable?
Yes. Your reservation deposit is fully refundable until you confirm the final rug order.
What happens to the $50 if I buy the rug?
It is credited toward the final purchase price.
How do I cancel?
Sign in or create a CEVORI account using the same email address used at checkout, then cancel the reservation from your account. If you prefer not to create an account, contact CEVORI support and we’ll arrange the cancellation and refund.
Where will the rugs be made?
The collection is intended to be crafted by specialist makers in India. Specific maker and construction details will be shared only when verified for each design.
When will the collection launch?
A launch date is not yet confirmed. Join early access if you would like a thoughtful update when the collection and timing are ready.
What will delivery and returns look like?
Final areas, costs, timeframes and terms are still being developed. They will be clearly available before orders open.
