This website at cevori.com.au (the site) is operated by DIALOGROVE PTY LTD (ACN 698 237 311, ABN 24 698 237 311) under the CEVORI brand. In these terms, “CEVORI”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean DIALOGROVE PTY LTD operating CEVORI.

This is a pre-launch website. Rugs are not yet available to order, and no payment can be completed here.

You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes and to learn about CEVORI and its designs.

You are responsible for the device, browser and connection you use to access the site.

The text, design, imagery, layout, brand elements and other content on this site are owned by DIALOGROVE PTY LTD or used with permission.

You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except where the law allows it.

The designs shown on this site are pre-launch previews. Images, room scenes and visualisations are concept or reference material and may not represent the final product.

Materials, dimensions, construction, care details and timing will be confirmed and published only when verified, before any product can be ordered.

A contract between you and DIALOGROVE PTY LTD (ACN 698 237 311, ABN 24 698 237 311), operating CEVORI, is formed only when we accept your order and send you an order confirmation. Until then, your order is an offer to buy from us.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Whether goods and services tax (GST) applies is determined by our tax configuration and shown at checkout before you pay. We do not describe a price as GST-inclusive unless our configured tax settings support that.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price or description was displayed in error, or we cannot verify the order. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount you paid for that order.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details; those are handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.

Delivery areas, methods, costs and timing are shown or confirmed when you order. We do not publish delivery promises that are not yet confirmed.

Any delivery timing in your order communications is drawn from the fulfilment details for your purchase. Final delivery and made-to-order terms will be published before ordering opens.

Our returns and refunds position is set out on our Delivery & returns page and in your order communications.

If a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Final return windows and conditions are not yet confirmed and will be published before ordering opens.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where we supply goods or services to you as a consumer, those goods or services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Our goods also come with a guarantee that they will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose, among others.

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but details can change as the collection is developed.

We may update, correct or remove content at any time. The site is provided for general information and is not professional, financial or legal advice.

If you join early access, you consent to receive occasional updates about CEVORI and the first collection. Joining does not create any obligation to purchase.

You can unsubscribe from those updates at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

You must not use the site to break the law, infringe the rights of others, transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the site’s operation, or collect data or content through automated means without our permission.

The site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services, including payment, delivery, email and analytics providers. We do not control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

To the extent permitted by law, DIALOGROVE PTY LTD is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited, including in relation to goods or services we may offer in the future.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We will identify the specific Australian jurisdiction that applies before ordering opens.

We may update these terms as the site and the collection develop. The current version will always be published on this page.
